American Civil Rights Union

The ACRU is dedicated to protecting the civil rights of all Americans by publicly advancing a Constitutional understanding of our essential rights and freedoms. It monitors and counters organizations that threaten our Constitutional rights. Since its inception, it has filed dozens of amicus briefs in critical and frequently landmark civil rights cases and it defends the Constitution in print and broadcast media and on the Internet.  The ACRU seeks to ensure that those who believe in traditional moral values remain free to hold, express, teach and practice them—not just in their homes, but in their businesses and the public square as well.

The ACRU recognizes that our electoral process provides the structural foundation for the protection of our constitutional liberties. It is committed to protecting the integrity of U.S. elections and ensuring that only honestly cast ballots are counted.
